I only wish I could be there this year. Nothing beats the real thing, but I'm committed to our big Mapleton Hill (Boulder) neighborhood yard sale that day.

I'm glad to get your rundown Claire as I was unable to attend the media event Tuesday. It sounds to be a comprehensive effort allowing all interested in Colorado wine a place to engage. Thanks for the great 'Reader's Digest' summary of what's to come!

I haven't been eating much red meat lately either. And since I'm trying to switch to a veggie-heavy diet, I probably won't be. Though a filet mignon and a bison steak are both wonderful things, once in a while.

Wow, I am so honored that you responded to my query! I already spoke to our guides about what you said. My dilema is that we are serving a Jewish Apricot Walnut Rugelach in the middle of our Culinary Tour but it has cheese so we will be okay. I would have the girls mention and quote you - but you inspired me to call one of the Japanese restaurants to see if we can serve a Mochi ice cream and tell people about this unique treat.
Anyways, thank you for your time! and anytime you come to Miami, you are personally invited to either my Little Havana Food Tour or the South Beach Food Tour.

Stay dry!
Cheers,
Grace Della
