I recommend it. Mark Fischer not only has Six89 in Carbondale, his first restaurant in the Roaring Fork Valley, but also Phat Thai down the street, The Pullman in downtown Glenwood Springs and most recently, a second Phat Thai in Denver's Cherry Creek area. I've been to the two Carbondale eateries but not Phat Thai in Denver or the Pullman. They're on the list.

YUM! Sounds like a fun time and a chance to check out food to see where you'd like to go to dinner next night out in Denver. Have fun and drink a toast for me!

All the Snooze locations have the same or very similar menu items. You can read about and see pix of two previous visits to the original Snooze in Denver's Ballpark/Five Points area at http://culinary-colorado.com/2010/12/13/ample-food-good-tastes-at-snooze/ and http://culinary-colorado.com/2008/05/22/fab-breakfast-is-nothing-to-snooze-at/.

I'm a former member. I love the group, the community, even the long ardous hours. I miss the community a lot.

However I disagree that it's a cult. Or that it's controlling. We all made a choice to go willingly. We all can make a choice to reject that way of life and return to the world.
